Electrical Film Laminate

1.Production:

6650 NHN Nomex paper/Kapton/Nomex paper flexible laminate is made of two layers of Dupont Nomex paper with one layer of polyimide film in the center.

2.Features and Aplication:

- Insulation class: H class (180°C) - Excellent mechanical and dielectric properties like high tensile strength and high edge tear resistance combined with high electrical strength, even better properties of dielectric and mechanical under high temperature or after humidity. - 6650 NHN Nomex paper/Kapton/Nomex paper flexible laminate is as slot, interturn and liner insulation for H-grade motors and electric appliances. It is also used for slot closures or covers, overhang, interphase and layer insulations for Dry-type transoformers.

Form: roll, sheet, strip Special colours can be provided on request.

Triple layers: Middle layer: Polyester film(PET) for Electrical Purpose Outer layers:Dupont Nomex paper

- 6650 NHN Nomex paper/Polyimide film/Nomex paper flexible laminate was passed RoHS Stardard 2002/95/EC test, green electric products with leed-free, nickel-free and Cadmium-free.
